2 / How much can I expect to earn from a Short Term Let? 

This depends on several factors including the area, the size of the property and the condition. We have a cost effective winning recipe to make any property the destination, no matter the area. As a very rough guide for a 2 bed standard property with no bells and whistles you can expect to receive around £100 per night with an average occupancy of 250 nights per year. 3 / Will people damage the house? 

Whilst we cannot guarantee no damage will occur during guest visits we take precautions such asking guests for an introductory paragraph of at least 200 characters. A thorough inspection is performed after every guest checks out and we will aim to cover the cost of any damages from guests including applying for a County Court Judgement if necessary. 

Guaranteed Income 

We offer a guaranteed rental income initiative where we pay an agreed monthly amount regardless of whether guests have booked. You will still have access to the property for agreed upon periods ensuring your enjoyment of your investment.
